wider tires, sway bars or camber plates?

If I go all in and fully optimize my 968 with 255 tires front and back I go up to CC07 from CC05 where I currently languish.

To stay in CC06 I can
1. go with 235 width tires on front with either camber plates or sway bars,
2. go with 225 width tires on front with both camber plates and sway bars, or
3. go with 235 width tires on front with both camber plates and sway bars but take off the shock tower brace.

Is the extra width in the tire going to make more of a difference than some of the other upgrades? I'm going to run RE71R's and I'm thinking the 225 width in front might be the best option. That is what the 944 spec cars run (albeit with Toyo RR's) and they stick pretty good.

#3 - Shock tower is overrated on 944 models and not worth the points.

thanks for the input. And I have my excuse all ready for why I'm slow next time: no shock tower brace

With camber plates and sway bars with RE-71's and you'll forget all about a shock tower brace.
