PCA SDR

I've got a friend who lives near downtown with a '62 Buick Skylark that after 2 years without trouble conked out on the freeway and doesn't want to stay running. He's done the simple stuff (fuel filter, fuel pump, plugs, etc.) but is stuck. Anyone have an old American engine mechanic they can recommend near SD?
