In my opinion, the Sparco harness bar (if you can find it) is slightly ahead of the Breyer-Krause. Both are of good and reliable construction. The Sparco uses a triangular brace against the floor and would offer a little more rigidity.
That said, it is the Breyer-Krause that I have used. I had only seen the Sparco in a catalog but have not seen anyone with it.

The other common alternative is the Weltmeister harness bar which is sold through the Performance Products catalogue. This bar anchors to the two seat belt anchor points on the B pillar and probably offers less rigididy than the Sparco or BK models. I'm not sure which is best, but all of them serve as guides for the two shoulder belts and may help to make the chassis a bit stiffer. The belts are are anchored to the rear seat seatbelt mounts, route through the guides on the bar and then over the stock seat or through the racing seat to the 5 point buckle.

Thanks, I'll look it to the three options.
