PCA SDR

Let's get 'em together again and talk a bit. The Foster's Freeze is at the top of the hill on the right, after you take the Waring Road exit off Highway 8. Parking lot is open till 9:00pm.
The hot rods are there every Thursday night and are pretty cool to see. Plenty of room for us, too, but maybe we should have our own night? Foster's would probably like to spread the business out. 2nd Wednesday of the month? Third is the tech session? Corvettes are there every last Saturday of the month?
Some people can't go on certain nights?
Lemme know.....
PS. I made a new sundae called the Porsche Peanut Parfait, but don't order it yet. It's still in prototype form..... :lol:

Right. Thanks for the clarification, Steve. It's not a PCA event, nor a CRE event. Just a get together. People have been asking me when the next one was going to be after the last impromtu one. :wink:

How about next week since it's the second wednesday of the month?

Worse case scenario is we end up in a pool house in La Mesa putting beers down the hatch and playing pool with anyone else that decided to show. :lol:

Hey Tim,

Do you think putting this on Rennlist may attract some of the 944 guys? I know of 2 in San Diego that would be willing to come as soon as they find out about this.

I don't see why not. Maybe they'll end up joining the PCA. New members mean new enthusiasm and ideas!

From the title, I figured a 996 owner would get boo'd out, but your rennlist post says all makes... Might want to change the title of this thread, and put a date on it as well?

I'm going to see if I can make it, I wanted to talk to some 944 owners anyway about the 944 spec cars. =)

Actually, I'm toying with the idea of buying a track car, instead of abusing my street tires all the time. Probably not any time soon, but the 944 is on the list of possibles.
