Okay, hear's what I've heard: This is for a non-turbo front end. I'm not sure with the Turbo /S2's.
First; remove the bumber (two bigger bolts on the bottom of it). Then; look for the attaching bolts under the area where the bumber used to be.
Next; check the fender lip, above the side marker lights. There are at least 2 bolts, possibly 3, along the fender lips on both sides. I think they take a 10mm socket. Make sure all the lighting is out (fog lamps, side markers, etc.).
Finally, look 'behind' the fender liners and check to see if there are any attaching points between the fender liner and the valance (front-lower piece). I can think of one in the lower corners where the valance meets the fender liner (I bust these a lot on cones at DE's).
Also, don' forget the engine bottom cover (that wide black plastic pan with the vent holes) attaches to the bottom of the valance in front, and the engine cross-member in the rear. You have to take the engine cover, under the engine, off.
You might also go to the Pelican Parts website, and see if there is a diagram or exploded image of the front valance and bumper assembly.
That would be my approach. Good luck!
