Mike, I just noticed that the '74 RSR is in Mexico Blue. I'd like to see that -- bet it looks great!

Hi Don, just out of the paint shop last week.
It's in Prescott Az now, when I get it back on race rims and slicks I'll post a photo.
Mechanically everything was rebuilt, it will be ready for another 10 years of abuse.
Here's the refreshed engine with a carbon film on the intake, fan and heater block off.

Here ya go Don, progress photo.
A friend that works in Porsche design suggested I paint it Mexico Blue.
He said "black sucks in too much shape".
In addition to selecting the color for my 911 Thorsten Klein also designed the 918 interior. 8)
I came up with the hood prop on my own.

Yesterday the old Camaro was accepted to race at the Monterey historics again. :D

Thanks, Mike. Your friend was definitely on with the comment about the black versus blue. Spectacular. And, congrats on getting the Camaro in to the show again this year. I'm hoping to make it again, so I'll look for you.
