But, here's the big difference:
In the old config. after you rotated the car in the turn, you could pretty much go flat out past the final apex on the right because there was plenty of room to the left. That's history now.
I never found a way in the new config. to do anything other than maintain some momentum going thru the entire turn. It's very late apex and very slow (compared to the old config.
Payne's prediction (even with Jae Lee attending): no one under 2:01 !!!
