I need a little help.........

..... getting my 17" wheels/RA-1 tires to Portland Parade Aug. 6 through August 12th.

Hi all:

If anyone is trailering up and has room for a set of 7's and 9's in their rig, I will gladly help out with fuel costs if you could take my wheels along with you. The wheels will be contained in wheel covers, with handles, for clean, easy transport and carrying (if you've been to a time-trial you may have seen my "wheel bags"). I'll pick them up as soon as you arrive in Portland, so you won't have to cart them around all week. Just gotta get 'em up to - and possibly back from - Portland.

Please PM me, or email me at DWChambers@hotmail.com if you might be interested in helping me out, and reducing your fuel costs a little  .

Thanks!

Its a 944, they will easily fit in back with room for a couple suitcases. Trust me, been there done that! Visibility is slightly hindered out back though, so no speeding!

Yes, Jad, I know. It's how I go to TT's.

However, I'll be taking more "stuff" than a usual TT requires on this trip, so more space is needed.

Thanks for the reminder, though.

Offer still stands......... 8)
