We are having a Hospitality Tent again this year at the Coronado Vintage Races, October 6 & 7.

We need two volunteers to help at the tent Satuday the 6th for the AM shift 8-12 and one for the afternoon shift 12-5...Martha is working that afternoon shift.

We also need two for Sunday the 7th for the AM shift 8-12 and one for the afternoon shift 12-5... Christy is working that shift.

You will be handing out newsletters, food, drinks and membership applications and just having a good time.

If you would like to help list your name and the shift you would like to help.

John ... tentatively Linda and I could work the booth on Saturday, Oct 6th. She has to check one other schedule to confirm (I could work either way) but it would be fun to do it together.

OK guys, this is what we have.

Saturday: 8am-12:30pm
Perry and Linda

Saturday: 12:30pm-5pm
Martha and Dick

Sunday: 8am-12:30pm
Mark and Katina

Sunday: 12:30pm-5pm
Christy and Angela

We also have our Committee people working plus our "Goodie Store" people. So we can cover any open spots.

Ahhhh ...

not to sound too obtuse ... but I have never been to the vintage races on Coronado before ...

So are they on the base ... and if so ... where do we park and how do we get on site ...

Perry, yes they are on base...you can get Corral Passes from me for Porsche parking, send me a S.A.S.E. ...you also do need to buy a ticket at:www.fleetweeksandiego.org/coronadospeedfestival
