Event Question

Postby mhknapp on Mon Oct 08, 2007 7:39 am

Went to Coronado on Sunday, parked in the Corral, and my wife and I enjoyed the practice events and a stroll through the garages. On the way back we stopped by the club tent and noticed everyone was enjoying lunch.
Question - who/how do you pay for the lunch, would have participated, but there didn't seem to be anyone collecting money, and we weren't sure what we were supposedto do.
Went and had a brat instead (not nearly as good, I'm sure).

Thanks

That's great - I plan to be there, but who/how do we pay for lunches? I must have missed in the Witness

I think next year we will have members request tickets for lunch. This is a "work in progress" type of event...it keeps getting larger and larger every year. :!: :D

Well at this point, I'm the guy. However at the end of every year new Chairs need to be appointed. This is to give everyone a chance at something they want to do.
