well, it was a no points auto cross, and i missed one full practice season to get to drive the 3.2 carrera in timed runs, I know the rules, at your averaged points auto cross I would have been in one car only.

I don't know what happened on that last one, I must have been logged in unknowingly to my dads login.

C'mon folks - I saw some good numbers from Jad Duncan (a 1:09.8??), Erik Kinninger (a 1:09.2??), and there were others down in the 1:10 (Tom Comeau?) and 1:11 range (Tawfik?). Anyone else break into the 1:09s? 1:10s? 1:11s? 1:12s?

Don't be shy! This is for bragging rights, after all. 8)[/quote]

I made a change to my rear swaybars the night before the AX. Felt really scary in the rain but as soon as it dried out my times kept improving and improving...
except for the last 2 laps where I spun the car :(

My best lap was a 1:10:4 during the 3 rd run of the last 25min session.

That was a blast... I have some good photos I will upload when I get a chance. I had a best of 1:13.52 Drove the rubber right off my rear tires. Chuck, Brian and I were just 10th's apart.

OK, since we're only bragging.

Best time in the wet was 1:19.22 (I'm told the 1:17.83 I saw was some timing glitch.)

Best time dry with the new motor: 1:13.10 with a passenger.

First run of the very last group of the day. I felt the track was just coming on and am very much looking forward to a dry AX.

Driving in the wet is always an eye-opener, but when you are running on Toyos that are scrubbed to near slicks in a car without LSD and a lot of unexplored power... well, let's just say it wasn't my first choice for a test-and-tune day.

Without any consistency as conditions changed throughout the day there was no way to make adjustments that were of any value. The fast line was also completely different in the dry, which is to be expected.

Still fun, tho!
