Pahrump Hotel Reservations - Spring Mountain Time Trial.

Postby Steve Grosekemper on Sat Aug 23, 2008 11:46 am

It's only a quick 7 weeks until we will be at Spring Mountain Motorsports Park.
This is a really great track and a don't miss on the PCA-SDR 2008 TT schedule.

But you are going to need a place to stay...
The official site is The Pahrump Nugget.
http://www.pahrumpnugget.com/
681 S. Hwy 160 • Pahrump, NV 89048
Tel: (866) 751-6500 • Room: $76.63 incl tax & util*
Reference the Porsche Club/John Miller room block.

Check out the website for what they have; gambling, shows, and bowling.

If you are looking for another option that is a bit quieter and a bit closer to the track try the Best Western. Not much going on there other than a sports bar and a swimming pool, but a nice clean place to stay.

Best Western Pahrump Station

1101 S Highway 160
Pahrump, NV 89048-4700
(775) 727-5100
Reference Spring Mountain/Steve Grosekemper room block.
Rooms prices are comparable at $74.99 plus taxes and fees.

Hope to see you all there and don't forget to register soon.

And don't for get to check hotel websites and see which is the place for you.

Bowling? Dude its Vegas!! Not really Vegas but there is gaming. Last year I attended the Sat night Craps seminar taught by Jack Miller.

Seriously folks, this is consistently a great event at a very good track. The expanded track has 18 turns so studying the layout will help big time.

It's not just bowling...

Pete,
It's black light disco ball bowling with glowing pins. Yes, I'm up for a rematch. As I recall, Josh beat me on the lanes. This year he's driving his car. Chuck and I "noticed" that he was less than 2 seconds behind us at Laguna Seca! I loved the corksrew at Laguna, but Pahrump remains my favorite track to date.
