Pahrump Nugget

I just checked my credit card statements from the beginning of Oct. Turns out the Pahrump Nugget double charged me. Once for the room charges I actually used. And then again for some mysterious second reservation that magically appeared on their books. They are "looking into it." I'll keep you appraised of how it turns out.

The moral of the story: If you stayed at the Pahrump Nugget it would be wise for you to take a very careful look at your credit card statement.

I figured they would just comp big gamblers like you two in the Presidential Suite.... or were you trying to be incognito (sp?) to avoid the throngs of fans?

That's way more information than we need to know Dan.

BTW, turns out it was a clerical error and the matter has been resolved.

Presidential Suite? I was only able to go at the last minute so I ended up in a sleeping bag on the floor. The first night we got there, I killed four cockroaches and then I had to sleep on the floor  I put one of those dead little bastages on a toothpick and propped it near my sleeping bag as a warning to all their cousins to not mess with the Beast Slayer!

Presidential Suite, my a$$!

I don't know who these characters are because I only watch educational programs like Canadien Parliament on C Span or Playmate of the Apes on Cinemax Late Night. I would think someone of Dans incredibly advanced age and considerable maturity would watch something more in tune with his age group, like Lawrence Welk.
