Looks like we have our four (myself, Dan, Bill and Martin) but you might have enough interest for another team. You and Eric are half a team already. Just find two more and we'll take you on!

Martin,

I'm looking to upgrade the sway bars on my car too. What are you getting for your car and where are you getting them?

Well for some strange reason it appears to be diffult to get sway bars for a 964 delivered (not sure about 993's). I tried multiple vendors one for them still owns me to refund my money. So I will go with the OEM Carrera RS / Cup adjustable bars they are around $800 for both. I think you will be better of with Porsche parts anyways, since they work and fit on the car.

Glen: I'm not sure which sway bar you have in mind. But... Porsche Motorsport still has some 993 Cup parts in stock and will be blowing them out soon (need to make room for 997 parts). If you are interested I have the email and phone number of a guy @ Porsche Motorsport you can contact to see if they have the sway bar you want. LMK.

Glenn and Martin,

You might try getting The Racer's Group sway bars. They work great and are larger (stiffer) than the Porsche bars. If interested, let me know.

Kary, I've talked to the guys at TRG. Their products are much less expensive than the OEM equivalent. Was concerned about the quality.

Understand the concern Glenn. I can only say that I have been using these bars for the past three years and I know many 993 owners locally as well as nationally (rennlist, do a search there for TRG stories) that really like the bars. ViperBob on reannlist runs them with his monster 993 turbo without issue and installs them on other cars regularly.

In the end it is up to you.....

Kary,

Can you get us a good price on these TRG bars? At this point I take anything, just can't get sway bars for this car.

Hey Martin,

Isn't this what you are trying to build?
