Deluz / Fallbrook / Rainbow is a FABULOUS place to ride BICYCLES, (don't know about bikes), but you really have to earn your altitude out there.
Check out Los Gatos, a 26% grade at it's steepest. Kinda spooky even to coast down and a real a$$kicker to ride up.

Safety first. Obey all laws. And since you've posted your route to the WWW, be aware of airborne speed monitoring aircraft. They are "detector-proof."

Here is a spy shot of a recently spotted "bear in the air". I am sure they will send one to monitor a PCA tour. My dream is to be on one of those "chase" videos you see from LA. It's the only way I can get some street cred with the gang.
