Electric Boxter at SD car show

Electric Boxter at SD car show

Anyone know the story behind this car? It was on display in the fuel cell vehicle area but had no sign to explain whose it was, what it was or any technical details behind the car. Only the front was open displaying all the batteries.

I saw it too. I believe it was in a display area of cars from the Electric Vehicle Association of San Diego. I don't know anything about it though.
