So this would be an announcement of an announcement? Shouldn't this be in Announcements, then? :?

Well, a discussion about the need to place a discussion about an announcement in the Announcement section vs the Discussion section might warrant further discussion by the committee that oversees the Announcement and Discussion forums. Maybe we should form a forum to discuss the Forum and the content of the Contents of the Forum at the forum?

Then we'd need a Forum Czar. He'd have to be approved by the Board or Congress I'm not sure which.
