I felt SO welcomed right away with SDR, at my first autocross on 10/24/2009. I remember I arrived a little nervous what was to come that day, but I was determined to really learn how to drive my Cayman, because I'd actually scared myself on the streets a few times, never having owned a Porsche, or a car with that much power.

I remember instructing you that day, Marie, and how careful you were with your first approach to performance driving. You have come a long way since then! I hope the career move to Phoenix is just a temporary step in climbing the ladder of success, and that another, even better, opportunity to return to our fair city presents itself in the near future.

Arizona has two active regions, and there are plenty of driving events to enjoy, but when it gets too hot in the summer, remember that we are only a 5-hour drive away.

We're going to miss your smiling face but as a native of Mission Beach I know lot's of Zonies come here during the summer to cool off so we will all be looking for you at an AX when it's 85 here and 115 in Phoenix!
