GT2 RS's, are they all in So. Calif?

Saw 2 new GT2 RS’s last weekend at the POC event at Auto Club Speedway. The red one was just parked for everyone to notice when going by. The white one had blue tape numbers on the doors. I guess it was in the white or yellow run group. Very stealth looking for a car that is faster than a Carrera GT.

My time trial run group had a couple of Cup Cars and a Dodge Viper ACR besides the normal GT3’s and of course many cars the rest of us drive.

With these cars, the screaming BSR’s and loud older air cooled cars with open exhausts, I was much more comfortable when I put in earplugs during my later driving sessions.

The GT2 RS's were nice, but the RSR was just ridiculously fast. In the race, I was going 100% between corner 6 and the chicane at 7-8. A Cup Car blew by me on the straight, without me having to lift at all  , at the same time, the RSR was passing him :surr: . So three wide, on that short straight, none of the cars lifted or had any problem getting the pass done and back on line in plenty of time for 7-8. :banghead:

The RSR turned a 1:36 in the race. I don't know if that was the fastest lap it turned, just one I happened to see.
