My Boxster gearing was almost exactly wrong for three places on this track, where I had to short shift to third for a very brief moment and then drop back to second gear, or just leave it at the limit and lose a couple of MPH. Slightly shorter or taller gearing would have made this a lot easier, but hey - every track gives different challenges to different cars.
That sharp right-hander before the slalom was a pain at first, but towards the end of the day I began to appreciate that it
really taught you the meaning of "slow in, fast out" and late apexing. Trying to carry too much speed through there got ugly.
Overall, I really liked the track.
