TIME TRIAL TECH CHAIR OPENING

Postby Rsylvestri on Thu Aug 09, 2012 9:27 pm

Well it's been a good run and I feel it's time to let someone else take over the Time Trial tech chair position.
I've learned alot in the four years I've done this, some interesting people, cars and made some friends along the way.
Our family has recently bought a new home in Boise, ID and alot of my free time is going to be remodeling the home for our partial retirement in the next year or two.
I won't be able to make all the time trials next year and feel it needs a person who is going to make most of the events so it doesn't put more pressure on Robert, Jack and Steve G. I will gladly run you through the ins and outs of teching at the events.
I'll be doing the last two events this year at Willow Springs & Buttonwillow if you want to get first hand knowledge of what's to be done. Once you get the hang of it with another helper/techie it takes about 2hrs of your time at the track on a weekend event.
Call me if you want more info or just have questions.
