I think we should talk, for sure. As mentioned in another thread, knowing the fundamentals is key to good driving, and being an Instructor. I think you have the fundamentals knowledge, and are well on your way to qualifying as Instructor. Now we need to check your knowledge (written test) and evaluate your communication skills (two ride-alongs).

Find me at the next AX (May 10) or speak with Chuck Sharp and/or Carl Scragg. Joining the "Educational Corps" of the PCA-SDR is a time-honored position/tradition with SDR that rewards in many, many ways. Helping someone better their driving skills, and finding insight into your own driving techniques are just the tip of the iceberg.

So, let's talk ... 8)

Josh - I think you being an instructor would be great, but first you have to slow down and not beat us. Ha ha.

I'll report that Josh did extremely well at his first track event, OCR -Streets, and won his class. His driving was exemplary, well controlled and very smooth. There were no off track excursions. He received a number of very positive comments from instructors. Just a little more full use of the track and there are going to be tears streaming in the 944 classes. Nice driving, Josh.
