I'm going to be in Washington DC Thanksgiving week, and I bet many others are otherwise engaged with out-of-town company, traveling, etc that week.
For this month's schedule only, is there any interest in kart banging next Wednesday night instead?
Here's the difference between the two venues we can use: K1 speed has a smoother track and faster karts but it's a little more expensive to run and perhaps further away for most drivers. Miramar Speed circuit has karts with gas engines (they sound like engines) a bumpy track and cheaper rates, and it's centrally located.
Either one is fine with me.

I would prefer K1 and have some $5 off coupons to bring. What is the date? Wednesday before Thanksgiving or no?

I'll be there at 6:30. Bring on your best shoves, hits, slams, and stolen lines. I'll spin you anyway
I hope we're not the only pcasdr drivers who show up this time. If there are enough of us, they'll let us have our own private races (wars) and we can crown the true CHAMPION OF THE WORLD!.......... uhh, or at least see who's fasest that particualr night.

Top times at K1 for the week with some of our members times posted. Those of us who made the top 40 are in red.

We had a blast last night. I'm pretty sure that every one of us got the warning sign for bumping at least once. I know that Martin put some poor guy into the wall as retaliation. Dave Malmburg, Chuck Sharp, Jerry Bumpus, Martin Lipp and I had a great time. I think the next time we'll try to get together will be Dec. 10th. Looking forward to it.

How about a combination of Hump Day Kart Racing Series and Type 5 Tour rolled up into one...

K1 is fun stuff. I'm working like 3 miles from Mira Mar, so getting North by 6:30 is a traffic choir. Suggestion: Could we do it on a Monday or Tuesday (only $40..vs 50 bucks) and push it to 7:30? Then I would love to come out and play. Or Mira Mar Speedcircuit also has 2 for 1 (combined 20 minute sessons) on tuesday nights and is more central, tbut a little slower. Discount nights mean more track time or more funds for hoppy liquid beverages. :beerchug:
DE and Autocross this week.. yea.

I vote for the 16th or 17th. I don't care which location. :burnout:
