There were some really good traps out there - if you didn't think WAYYYY ahead, you could get very surprised in a hurry.

I love tracks like that. When the pace of the "gotcha" obstacles matches the lag time of my brain, it works out perfect. My brain reacting to the upcoming obstacles on the last lap is just ahead of where I actually am on this lap. :banghead:

Peter,

No problem!!! I didn't think Dan would take my statement "I'd rather be 2nd TTOD than look like a tennis ball" to the extent he did. To quote my friend Larry the Cable guy "I don't care who are, that's funny". :roflmao:

I have to admit Dave, that was a great line. :roflmao:

In all seriousness, I was working corner 9 and your car looked looking fantastic as it accelerated out corners and was very flat under breaking. It looked faster than the 3 GT3s that were out there. You should be very proud. Kudos to everyone who worked on your car including Qualtech! :beerchug:

The guys at Qualtech did a great job with the body and paint. Jae Lee has done a great job sizing and resizing wheels and tires and adjusting the ride height and suspension to make it handle well. The car drives so well it even makes me look good.

I'll put my driving skills to the test this Thursday and Friday at Miller Motorsports Park in Utah. I'm going to try and run with the big dogs. Wish me luck.
