Note to those who wish to camp...in addition to selecting Camping when you sign up on motorsportreg.com, you must contact the track directly and let them know you will be staying at the track. Fees are broken down into two components...the one payable at motorsportreg.com, which covers 24 hour security for campers over the course of the weekend (so you can return to your RV at 3 am after a rockin' night at the Willow Ranch...note to noobs: it's a rib joint, not that kind of "ranch"), and another payable directly to the track (they will collect it when you contact them) to cover the actual real estate.

The camping cost was $45 for both days. But you can arrive as early as 7:00 am on Friday. They hit your card right away on this one though. Looking forward to the new experience.

Tent camping is FREE, however.

Thanks for the reminder about reserving an RV spot with the raceway directly!
See you there.

Just to be clear, the $45 cost above is the price the track is charging for a pad and hookups (again, paid directly to the track by contacting them). PCASDR's separate fee of $40 for ALL camping (including tents, teepees, sleeping in your 914 in the pits, whatever) covers 24 hour security and is paid by checking the Camping box when you sign up on motorsportreg.com. And of course the Willow Inn & Suites is the event hotel for those of you that prefer a more Four Seasons-like atmosphere rather than camping.

Sleeping in a tent in late November at Button Willow... Brrrr.
I guess in comparison that would make the "Suites" feel almost like the Four Seasons...

I'll be staying at "The Suites" in the lap of Luxury.

Steve,
I took Robert's post differently, like "experience the 4 seasons"....spring, summer, fall and winter-all in one weekend at BW.

Inquiring minds want to know whether or not the Corwins will be experiencing Buttonwillow at all.

That's and interesting take Jackie... But in November the best I think we can hope for is a nice fall weekend...

Unfortunately, property taxes trump BW for us, but the food fest will return next year, bigger and better! Oh yeah, the car will be improved as well...

I'll stay in GP if I get some competition. We are toying with putting back the spec motor and chasing around the rest of the group. The S motor and tranny are schweet on the big tracks, but low torque at low rpm isn't an advantage in AX. Have fun at BW everybody!

I'll move up from FP and run the autox series in GP next year if you want me to. :D

Lucky for me, that rule has been fixed.
