I am no meteorologist, but I don't know how we are not going to get wet.

I hope it's not our first aqua cross this year...

Sean,
You've got toyos now don't you? You big baby. I'm not even putting my windows in the car! (how's that for antagonizing?) Sorry, have some pent up aggression that should have been directed at Don Middleton...we're even now Don

That map does looks bad, but none of the forecasts I've seen are predicting any rain at all for Sat. http://www.weather.com/weather/hourbyhour/92037?begHour=6&begDay=16

The earliest chance seems to be right around game time on Sunday (10%), according to most sources. The big rain is supposedly coming next week in 3 rapidly moving storm fronts--4-6 inches on the coast, 20" or more possible in the mountains! The El Nino is ON....

I'm Bummed Jerry. Looks like my 2 year old has an ear infection. Looks like Kaiser in the morning and looks like I'll have to meet everyone next AX. Although I wasn't going to run my 928, I was going to get it inspected and volunteer a few hours. Until next AX Image

Due to Encroachment by the charger tents, The track has suffered a penalty, but it's still long & fast

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet! Thanks Jerry for taking me for a ride during your track runs. That was hella fun and now I am totally hooked. Great meeting some you guys out there. The crowd seemed very friendly and approachable. Now to fix all the things pointed out on my car during the inspection. See ya at the next AX for sure :beerchug:

Thank you to all of the volunteers who made the AX possible. Once again I had a great time, improved my driving skills and met some terrific people.
Can't wait to see you all in February!

He cleaned up and left with some serious bootey! Bob Hallett hand turned a beautiful Porsche pen which went to TTOD, the vest, his cone, a bottle of wine (all top eleven-a tie-BRI winners got a bottle of wine) and the humongous TTOD trophy. He even signed autographs and took pictures. It was a good day but dicey without a lot of chairs EQUIPMENT and SAFETY to name a couple...

Thanks to all for a very well run AX at the Q. PCA-SDR events always manage to run smoothly even when a bit short handed in leadership positions. Extra thanks to Kim Crosser for tightening the loose nut behind the steering wheel in my car. I shaved 2 secs in the timed runs by applying the patented "Crosser AX formula".

BRI question: I noticed my BRI took a big hit from 2009 to 2010 with no significant BSX class rule changes and was just curious why? Last year I was rated the same as 944spec which seemed like a pretty close performance comparison. In 2010 my little 2.5L pea shooter with full interior and 100 DOT-R tires is now BRI rated faster than a Cayman S 3.4L which has 100 more horsepower, better brakes, wider tires, better suspension and nearly the same weight. I have driven a Cay S and it feels like a rocket ship compared to my car. How does this all get calculated? :?:
