ImageWell, it's inspired by Talladega, but we affectionately call it "Gumby". They would not let me keep the big Talladega sweeper because it may have inspired someone to do 130 MPH. I guess it had a little too much big-track inspiration after all. Thanks to Carl, Peter, Tom, Jim and Erick for pre-driving the track and working out some of the bugs. Thanks Victor for bringing down the TrackMate and giving us the track in virtual reality. :rockon:

In order to run the DE on the 14th, you must have;
A 2009 Zone 8 Competition Permit
or
A Zone 8/SDR Log Book

Most of the entrants have one or the other of these, but if you don't, PLEASE contact me at the event to renew your permit, or get a log book.

Thank you.

I read it but should I belive it? On another point if that requirement is being waived is the long sleve shirt and long pants still necessary? I'm not going to freshen up the bazillion if I can't wear shorts :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao:

I too love wearing shorts and T-shirt, but the requirement is for long cotton pants and long sleeve cotton shirt. Martin will be in charge of enforcing this and administering the necessary discipline.... :twisted:

Fine by me, money saved on the bazillion pays for more beer. Besides who wants 40 lashes from a Z06 owner :burnout:

What do mean "you guys" ? I'm on your side , I also have one of those funny looking P cars like yours but mines red not yellow. I would suggest that whipped refers to the Mercedes driver that took the oportunity to turn his rotor on Saturday. :beerchug: :roflmao: :roflmao:
