All this noise debate started because 3 or 5 cars where really loud.

How about some self governance?

Qualcomm isn't a big track, it's in a valley!

If your p-car is really loud, bolt on a muffler when you are driving it in a residential area.

There. No new rules, no enforcement, no discussion, problem solved.

how did the sound testing go?
i don't see any posts of people whinging or "smiling with relief".
how loud was a typical car?
how loud was a LOUD car?
