I really do not care to race in a year long series. I'd rather not feel obligated to attend races just for sake of a season points race.
I also enjoy "trying" to beat on non Porsche track cars too.
Fun to have less power and still beat the V8s.

Another reason is that a POC freakish V3 wide body with skinny tires and spacers built to the limit is not competive in PCA GT3 or with other event groups. Same with a PCA GT3 car, not going to be fun at POC.
So I'll just race where the rules are based around power to wieght. I can keep very busy with PCA TT, Alfa club races and TCRA races.
If I was a little dude I'd consider some of the wild cars TT comes across or maybe even a spec Miata...
