Please note there are some errors in this result set. Should be fixed tomorrow. Duplicate times for the time trial first and second laps.

Our next Time Trial will be by far the most competitive ever at WSIR, with all of the Top 10 at or under 1:30.

I don't think we'll be calling you Kreskin just yet....

I would...look @ who dropped out...Price, Gagen, Dawson, Gordon and Simone. Those 5 would have easily been sub 1.29xx...I'm not complaining...they put me up to 3rd

I resemble that remark!!!
Think about it:
Richard Price went home after doing 1:24s
Then Dawson, Gagen and Grosskemper went home.
All four of those were sub 1:30
And Gordon, whose last outing was in the 1:28s broke his tow rig's tranny on Hwy. 14 on the way to the track.
Roland's car wasn't ready due to tranny problems.
All of those (6 of them) were on my list and sub 1:30!!!
I didn't count on so many no-shows, but I guess it was lucky for me, eh?
I'll take the 20 points and run!! :D
Maybe I should be The Great Carnak next time ---I'll raise the question and let you all provide the answer!!

I'll take the 12 points and run. With antifreeze on my left rear I was lucky to get that! That was pretty close for the first 5 or six places. Good racing and a really fun weekend. (oops! TT is not supposed to be a race). Yeah right!

It is just like golf and endurance racing, you need to be there on Sunday to have a chance to win. Looks like reliability is the next area our club members should start focusing on :)

Well, I guess you can't predict everything... I didn't realize so many broke down. Hey why don't we run spec miatas? I think a crated motor from the factory is about 1500.00....

There were some fast cars out there last weekend!
This club has really evolved in recent years. It used to be pretty easy to get in the top ten in a stock Boxster S with some Kumhos. Now it takes serious work and a little luck (faster cars dropping out) to get there with a GT3!

Almost more impressive than the fast times, is the lap to lap consistency. Not just the top ten but all the way down the list there are drivers with two times less than 1/4 second apart.
