Posted: Thu Feb 23, 2006 1:56 pmEspecially if you read all the details. He had a cut lip, there was blood on the driver's airbag, but not on the passenger's airbag, and his BAC was 0.09 - over the legal limit.
"Oh gosh, I've had too much to drink and crashed my car [felony drunk driving] while racing a McLaren on a public street [reckless driving, etc.].
I'd better slide over to the passenger seat before the cops get here, and use the SOD defense." 
(For those not familiar with Law Enforcement slang, SOD = "Some Other Dude").
