If I have a turbo look body kit on my car, should I take 2 points for increase in track width or is that covered by the 4 points I take for my oversized tires?

Yes, if the track is widened more than 2" from stock (for the original model of car, as determined by the chassis VIN) you must take 2 points for track increase as well as any points for wider tires (and for tire compound, if applicable.)
