Per Rob's post, if you are running with POC, you can run with us for timed runs, or timed runs and one warmup session...or do the whole thing if you want!

Dan - What about the rest of the OC Boyz - Mick, Curt et. al.? Even though Johnny Riz is representing you guys very well, we would still like to see the guys come out.

I will be there Saturday and Sunday, Curt should be up there on Sunday, Mick can't make this one, but should be there at the next events.
