914s have two distinct classes, 'A' for 4 cylinders and 'H' for 6 cylinders.
Suppose one was to take a 914 1.7L four cylinder car and stick a six cylinder motor into it.
Does one simply take extra horsepower points but remain in the 'A' classification
or
does changing from a four to a six switch you from 'A' to 'H', and then take additional horsepower points from there?
The way I see it, 'A' class cars up through AI have four cylinders and no more. More cylinders means a change to 'H' as a baseline.
