Big Willow Time Trial Registration Deadline

Postby Robert on Thu Jan 18, 2007 7:30 am

Tomorrow night, Friday January 19 is the deadline to fax in your WSIR TT registration form before the price goes up. If there's a chance you're going, fax in a form and then e-mail tt@pcasdr.org should you need to cancel. Please note that once we get past the 19th, you have until the
31st to register for a $25 late fee after which the fee goes up to $75. This is new for 2007, so please register early and save yourself the extra fees.

Note to AX/QDE participants: the rules have changed for 2007 and 5-point harnesses are no longer required for S and S/S cars. A fire extinguisher is still necessary. See the Rules page for complete details.

Also, while harness requirements have been relaxed in a few cases, helment requirements are now more restrictive: no M rated helmets allowed in TT or DE (SA2000 or SA2005 only).

Deadline to avoid REALLY late fee coming up...

January 31 is the deadline to fax in your WSIR TT registration form before the price goes WAY up. Again, if there's a chance you're going, fax in a form and then e-mail tt@pcasdr.org should you need to cancel.

Note: If you believe you have registered but you did not receive an e-mail containing an 19-page letter with full event details, please e-mail me at preregAway@pcasdr.org.

If you AX'd yesterday and you need another dose of speed in a hurry (and you've done enough events), sign up for Willow next weekend. 5-point harnesses are no longer required for S and S/S cars. A fire extinguisher is still necessary. See the Rules page for complete details. We will be using our two-run group A-B format, which means MAXIMUM track time.
