So Robert... are you adding late and on site registration together for an extra $75 late registration fee?

That goes for steak and beer for the Friday night administration meeting... Right?

Correct, first late date is an additional $25. Second late date/on-site registration adds another $50 to that for a total late fee of $75. Can you tell that we're trying to motivate you to sign-up early?

Note this is only for SDR events. The Speedway event is run by the Zone and they have their own policies. The extra money becomes part of the Region's budget...no idea what they really use it for.
