Hey, that track looks pretty fast and very fun. I just might have to get all my honey-do's done on Saturday so I can come out and drive my overweight old man convertible on Sunday. That IS competition is a little too much for me to resist.

So Dan C. (Or is that SC)... how's that hand coming along? Going to try two hands this time? Should be twice as fast... shouldn't it?

Steve, It's nice to see that car on the track. I usually just see you doing 25 mph up and down the street. Nice driving at the last AX in that overweight old man convertible. I think Dan might be able to get a little closer to your time with two good hands. Could be very competetive in IS.

Wow, I actually remembered to pre-register. Course looks faaaast....big ol' braking zone at the finish. Should be interesting :D

BTW, I will have video/data systems to Rent this weekend as well, if you want to document the destruction

 You just get that "homework" done, Cowboy. There could just be a shoot-out for the IS ribbons at the "AX Corral." Twice as fast? Boy, I wish.........

I guess I'll have to take it a little easy on Saturday, so's I can try to reel a couple o' folks in on Sunday. Wonder if Paul YoungsX2 will be there??? I gotta "ribbon to pick" with the Young Jr. lad  .

See you at the Q.

Dan, that sounds like challenge... (Better put that white glove away unless you're serious)
Paul-2, you're not going to take that from a bunch of old timers driving cars older than you are?... are you?

This reminds me of my first AX season battling FS in my 73 911. (Boy did I think I was fast- and probably didn't keep that gem to myself) Some nice old guy named Bill Myrick waxed me in his 70 911T. Then he came over afterwards; put his arm on my shoulder and with a smile said, "Just remember kid, old age and treachery will beat out youth and enthusiasm every time". I'll never forget that.

Challange? On the forum? Who ..... me? And ... what white glove?

As for getting waxed, I've already been waxed by a guy on borrowed tires and a "Young" wipper-snapper with nowhere to go but up in IS. I've got nothin' to lose but (more) pride by staking out my claim in a freshly set-up car that I have no idea how to drive ... yet.

So, I'll beat my chest and bellow false confidence all day. It is the forum, isn't it?

Sounds like we'll be havin' some fun in IS on Sunday. Greg P., bring your camera.

Greg can bring his camera as long as he doesn't point it at my car. It seems that my car develops a severe oversteer condition whenever Greg points that camera my way... Oh ya, it makes the rear tires loose traction and start to smoke as well

Hmm..... Maybe I'll stand next to Greg during Timed Runs  ....(There he is now! Quick; take a bunch of pictures. Go! Go! Go!)

So Steve .... will you be on the 235/245 Toyo's again? Inquiring tire sales guys want to know.

Didn't you hear, Steve has a side business with Greg "shaving" rear tires 8)

If I get all my chores done I will be out on the same used up 225/245 RA-1's that I was on last AX. I am just trying to use these up so we can put on a new set for the next spring mountain event.
:burnout:

I have along way to go to reach Greg's tire consumption rate!

Results are available at the normal location:

Sorry I missed it. I had to stay away so I could keep my signature.

Jad, the excuses better be good!

Nice time Jennifer!! Two seconds behind first , .68 behind Jad and 9th TTOD!! Two women in the top 10.

I see that Jess did his normal BRI stomping. Carl's got the 968 M030 about where it should be. Steve G, did you chase everyone away?
