OT: Financial Wizards Needed.
Posted: Fri Jul 20, 2007 3:43 pmHi all. Monica and I need a little information/advice. We are in the process of buying a house (offer was conditionally accepted today) and need a little financial information/advice.
To avoid a Jumbo loan we're looking into selling some (historically dead-moving) stock for the down payment. We need advice on what the selling of the stock will reflect on our total 2007 income/assets for next year's tax filings. (We're trying to avoid getting bumped hard by the AMT.)
