Does anybody know if there is still room to attend the school on Nov 16-18? I know these sell out fast and have not sent my form in yet.

Send it today. If you don't make the orginal cut you'll be on the waiting list. It is not uncommon for people to cancel a week before the school allowing someone from the waiting list to get in.
