Dave Yost did my helmet. Send him an email at dydheliart@cox.net. He does a lot of radio controlled helicopter bodies and is usually very busy. He tries to do at least one helmet a month. He won't keep your helmet long and can do about anything you can dream up. His work is excellent. You can check out the work on my helmet at the next event. He'll help you design your helmet if you don't know exactly what you want.

Try Wess... this guy is sooooo goooood.

He works out of shop behind Autobahn. Whenever I go to the back building I pass his projects. The guy is as good as it gets. Tell him I sent you. He can do anything you can think of. Trust me, people throw the strangest requests at him. Here are some samples.

If you're looking for something simple, Eladio at Tri-city paints in Miramar painted mine the same color as my car with clearcoat for $100 bucks. Took him a weekend. Nice job, too. I have been playing with my paint guns and am confident enough to do it myself next helmet. I just painted the interior of my car, the roll bar, the wing and the rear bumper after Kerry nuked it at Big Willow (full on joke, Kerry. Hope to see you at BW)

My son Josh will be at the AX this weekend. He painted Jackie Corwin's helmet and his own. He does a nice job and can pretty much do wahtever you want. He will be in his red 944 (#1142), feel free to go talk to him, he is looking for a new project :)

Thanks for all the responses!! Now I have to come up with an idea! I liked the Jacques Villeneuve helmet.

David YOST is the man when it comes to painting helmets. He worked with me on a custom design and even added in some elements when I couldn't come up with them. He matched colors perfectly and I was more than happy to part with my money for the helmet I got back. :D
