M helmets legal again

Last year I bought a new M2005 helmet. Then this year I had to buy another SA2005 helmet to be able to run in DEs. Now the M helmets are once again allowed in DE/TTs.
Come on guys, stop flipping rules back and forth on a yearly basis. Especially, if it forces participants to spend money and buy new equipment.

Looks like the Zone did a great job of putting virtually all the proposals into a workable context.
They deserve a hand.
Everyone should look at these rules so they don't get caught off guard in January.
I think the safety and stock class definitions are going to be the ones that will create the most changes.
