Speaking of Porsches and Alfas

Check this out...found it on "You Tube". It's the Coronado Vintage Race on Sunday. It shows the start with a Datsun 2000 behind me in the 914/6, the pesky Alfa puts a move on me, but not for long. Then the 2000 trying to put a pass on a Alfa. Later a Lotus 26R and then a Genetta fly by.

It was fun!

That's pretty cool. Ron Carter is the guy in the Datsun - great guy. I get my 2000 worked on at the same place he does up in Oceanside - Classic Datsun. It's funny to see him in the car from another perspective. He's a big guy and makes the Datsun look like a toy.

If you have the time the local Alfa club promotes several big track TT and race events.
They are very Porsche friendly.

A fun way to pre run Buttonwillow or Spring Mountain before the SDR PCA TT events. :D
Next event is at Big Willow, I rather favor the Porsche on the entry flyer. :D

Btw TCRA and AROSC (Alfa) have combined some events this year.
