AX Equipment Support needed

Ok - we have a date for an Autocross - Saturday, January 26th. :D

So... Who can help get the trailer to/from the event? :?: We are looking for volunteers to pick up the trailer and deliver it to the Stadium (either Saturday morning very early, or anytime Friday afternoon/evening), and then return the trailer to storage Saturday evening after the event.

NOTE :!: you do NOT need to have your own truck (although having your own truck that can pull the trailer is a bonus! :D ).

If you have your own truck, we will happily reimburse you for the use of your truck, including a generous allowance for wear and tear in addition to actual expenses.

If you do not have your own truck, we can rent a truck for the event.

Volunteers? Even if you cannot help with this event, please let us know if you are willing to assist with one or more future events.

Kim I could get it down there but unable to return it after the Ax. Problem 1/2 solved?

While we are on the subject...I have the radio chargers but not the radios. Who will be charging the radios, before the event? Jerry Mize has always done this in the past. I live in Vista and can bring them to someone. Let me know. Someone needs to get the radios from the trailer and put them in the chargers for about 4 hours prior to using them.

Lorri Scheussler is the AX Equipment Chair this year. Please let her know where any equipment is located and/or get it to her.
