Did anybody find a small (about 5"x7") spiral-bound notebook left on a table by the trailer at Sunday's Autocross?
If so, please PM me.

TIA,

Paul,

Is that your secret play book. I think I saw Dan (Belachek) Chambers video taping the pages during practice. Is now the time for him to destroy the tapes? And Dan you just told me you were taking a video copy of the BRI from the 26th. Is Congress going to get involved. By the way who is our Comish of Driving Events. Otherwise, sorry but I didn't see it.

and actually I'm not sure Dan did either. Hope you find it.

Ron

.... Trouble-Maker. :? Ron, I was trying to memorize Paul Y.'s driving techniques play-book. I'm trying to regain that stinkin' dolphin! I don't need no stinkin' video, I have a photogenic memory.

Paul, since Monica is Equipment co-Chair and the trailer is less than 5 miles from our house here in Clairemont, I'll go take a quick look around and see if it landed inside near the radio (where stuff like that is often left during loading).

Also, I have 'your' BRI Trophy. I'll get it to you thru the "HP network".

Now Dan I'm just trying to help and keep us honest and you call me a trouble maker. I'm hurt  With a photogenic memory how do you burn the tapes. Just not wear your hat in the hot sun. Thus over exposing them. :?:

Sheez Ron - I'm glad you found that 944 - You weren't NEARLY this funny when you were in class IS!

Yes, that is my secret "play" book. I hope you don't use the included mechanical pencil-decoder to figure out that the book contains absolutely
no mention of "smooth", "look ahead", or other gems that I thoroughly ignored on Sunday anyhow.

TIA for looking for it!

Paul ... I picked it up and up it in the trailer just before we did the final lockup ... should be right inside the side door either on-top of the "shirt/trophy" cardboard boxes OR on a container on the far side of the above mentioned boxes.

We were just doing a quick pickup at the end and a 5x7 was there with some esoteric scribling ... was in too big a hurry to check if the pages matched Dan's video, though :-)

Hmmmmm ... Ya know .... Now that I think of it ..... I could use some upgrades on the Black-Pearl ..... maybe some Simone bodywork .... a new paint job to cover the key marks .... perhaps a little engine upgrades.....

Oh, I'm sorry Paul; What did you say that notebook was worth to you?  (Okay, Okay! Just kidding!)

I'll root it out tomorrow and get it to Monica for a Thursday delivery.

Well I guess we closed this one out. I hope the secret stuff helps you Dan. I know Paul would not have planted the book to confuse and maybe give you the wrong info. But then, I guess it's copier BeWare
