Still smiling

I haven’t been a member of the PCA for very long, but after recently finding myself with an overpriced smack in the face from a not so close friend in the Highway Patrol, I thought it would be a good idea to find a more “legal” way of finding out what both car and myself are capable of without risk of yet another tremendous fine. After some rather fine tuned instruction from Keith, I was on my way to one of the most memorable driving experiences I have had yet! One thing Keith had asked me before my first run was “what do you want to get out of this experience today?” to which I replied “to have a great time and put a huge smile on my face”. Well, it’s a day later and I’m still smiling, so mission accomplished!!! Thanks Keith for taking the time to give me instruction and thanks PCASDR for hosting such a great event, you’ve saved me from more time in court appearances than I am ready to attend.

It was a real pleasure driving with you at this last AX. Your attitude and approach of wanting to learn as much as possible made having you as a student really rewarding.

Having watched how rapidly you progressed at your first ever autocross I am very impressed - plus .... a time of 1:19 speaks volumes!

To the rest of you Cayman drivers ... watch out!! Dennis V is coming your way RAPIDLY!! ....

...... (but smoothly). :)

Keep up the good work D-man! KV.
