Could this be the new wing for the 944 Spec class?

The Gemballa (or was it Strosek?) heck and headlight replacements use to be cool in the early 90'. As I remember it looked much better on a lowered S2 or Turbo with wide tires and the correct wing from the ROW 1990-91 944 Turbo (same wing as 968)

Ok I found it, it's from a Strosek body kit.

See http://www.strosek.de -> Classics -> 944 Turbo

I like the big blue and white cooler in the back. Looks like it could carry enough beer for a post-AX trailer-loading party. :lol: Right next to it is an air-cleaner? Is it powered by a Kart motor? If so it'll have much more power. :roflmao:

I was looking at this car a few days ago--did you see the exhaust coming out of the passenger door? This is the most beautiful 944 I have ever seen---I wonder if there are any "rules" problems with the 968 rear clip?

Autobahn Sean--you have any 968 rear's laying around your shop? I want to put one on my car.

Being a 951 owner the 951/968 is a very cool looking car. Almost as nice as a blue one that was listed about 1 1/2 years ago. Problem with this car is you get to run with the bid daddies in GT1! Which is why I have not built a 3ltr engine for mine.

On that subject, maybe someone can tell me the rational of that. One can take a pumped up normally aspirated 928 engine that can produce 500-600hp and plop it in a 951 frame and go racing in GT2. Tons of torque. Build a 3 ltr with similar or less hp and run in GT1 against 800hp 911 twin turbos. Go figure
