Pre-registration info: please read!

Hi all. Just a note to let you know about some pre-reg things.

1) the pre-reg mailing address changed some time ago, so if you're mailing, please be sure you've got the newest form and it's going to Carlsbad, not Santee.
2) please double-check your cc number; we're getting quite a few transposed numbers, completely wrong numbers, etc.
3) we're trying something different: charging before the event, so we can solve problems from #2 above on the day of the event. Don't worry, though: if you don't show up, we will reverse the charge.
4) If you know you're NOT going to make it to an event, it's helpful if you let us know, even up to the night before.
5) If you're an instructor, please indicate "Yes or No" to the question "will you instruct?" We don't want to assign you a student if you really don't want to instruct.

Janet makes some very good points here. I did the pre-registration for about 4 years and transposed cc numbers, expired cc's, using old forms (that went to the wrong address), etc., all created extra work/time for me. So please, please adhere to Janet's requests and it will help make her job easier and quicker. The work that Janet does saves everyone about 30 minutes of standing in line to register on the morning of the AX (remember those lines? )
