It is really full. I moved up to OC recently and this is my first time trying to register. I have been emailing back and forth with Lisa, and apparently the OCR pulls from Santa Barbara, LA, and OC, since none of the others have a program. When people cancel, a spot opens, but there is no waiting list, so you just have to keep trying to get lucky. Lisa also mentioned that they do not "as a rule" take walk-ons, so just showing up probably wouldn't be worth it.

They do, however, allow you to register for the rest of the year all at once. You have to pay upfront, but can get a full refund until one of two weeks before the event if you cancel. Double check the cancellation policy, since I can't remember off the top of my head if it is one or two. Maybe someone here knows.
