4 Hour karting enduro at Cajon Speedway, Nov 13th!

See the www.arriveanddrive.com website. I did this a couple months ago and we won! Mark Kinninger at Black Forest is big on this stuff. He son, Eric, is a very quick driver already, out qualifying me by a full second! Yes, weight was a factor, but he's a quick driver.
I'll be out of town at the 3-Hour night enduro at Thunderhill that weekend, but YOU can participate.

You guys and a few others should be on the PCA "dream team."
It's a real arrive and drive program and is really fun!
Check into it. :D

Hmmm, I am not doing streets, so I wonder if there would be enough PCA interest? Anyone? Martin? Bill? Your cars can't TT, so maybe you are free?

Considering their "windshield" would be the face shield, I don't think it's a good idea. Using a little spit to clear the bugs off might anger someone (auchchc...tooey)

The karts have rack and pinion steering and so are very easy to drive. The key to doing well is not to have blazing fast lap times, but to keep the kart on the track and puttin' down the miles. Spins kill.
Driver changes can be very quick if you want them to be. We got it down to a science and it only slowed our lap time down 20 seconds from a normal lap time. That's efficient!

***We only won by 16 seconds after 4 hours!***

They'll explain everything you need to know including penalties.
They supply all the driving gear if you don't have any.
You'll learn some things about dicing too.
It's great fun.

Dan sounds good, I just thought you said you couldn't take a day off that weekend for Streets, so I assumed you would be out, sorry. Two more drivers?

If you need another driver, Eric Kinninger did a great job for our team.

Let me look into it. I'm not going to SOW so I think I'm available. I'll get back to you Jad.

I am thinking about it, I can't make it for SOW as I planned. SOW and Festival of Speed are on my 2005 calendar. For now I no tires and no sway bars (still waiting on the order to come in, but removed the old onces)

Thats it, unless you want to buy an extra 25 minute practice for $50 more, but I am worried our bodies may not survive, especially those not use to karts. So I am mixed on the practice.

Tim, how bruttle are these karts? I am sure they are no shifters, but not exactly indoor smooth either I am guessing...

I sent an email to the three of you as well.
