New Track Design for Auto-X Team

Saw this recently, maybe the Auto-X team might want to implement some of this into track design.

We will work on this for the December other car AX.

We will bring in Greg Phillips to advise as it looks like Greg already does this in the autocrosses!

We'll also consult with Tom Comeau for his safety chair advice.
